• Services: Travel bookings, tours, flight reservations, packages and related assistance.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be confirmed with the required deposit as specified for each package.
• All payments shall be made via the modes listed during checkout or by direct bank transfer / UPI.
• A non-refundable advance may be required to confirm any tour, flight, hotel, or travel arrangement.
• Final payment must be received by the due date prior to departure.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following:

• In case of cancellation by the user, refunds (if any) will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances. Alternate arrangements or refund will be provided.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, pricing, or availability at any time due to operational requirements or external factors like weather or supplier changes.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.
• Carry valid identity documents during travel.
• Follow our travel guidelines and local regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Yadav Tours and Travels will not be liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal items.
• Delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural calamities, strikes, or third-party providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
